Park Policies (Summary)
- Deposits: Required to guarantee reservations (monthly deposit typically $200).
- Cancellations: If canceled, a 50% cancellation fee applies; with less than 7 days’ notice, deposit is non-refundable.
- Refunds: No refunds after check-in; credit may be given for illness/medical emergencies.
- Utilities: For stays of 1+ month, please bury water/electric lines within two weeks.
- Pets: Quiet, well-behaved dogs welcome. Leash and pickup required; current shots/licenses. Max two dogs per site; no barking.
- Visitors: 1–2 persons included. Up to 14 days free; after 14 days: Daily $4 · Weekly $20 · Monthly $75 (kids under 4 free).
- Trash & site care: Use dumpster (NW corner). No furniture in dumpster. Charges apply for damage to utilities.
- Vehicles: All vehicles must have current plates; no unlicensed vehicles in park.
